What is the major difference between Bitcoin and Ethereum? And on what basics bitcoin is considered more valuable than Ethereum?

I am fed up with the poor customer service of Wells Fargo bank and also the episode involving their fictitious accounts; because of that reason, i am going to Eastern Bank. I am interested in opening a personal account at Eastern Bank. Could anyone share their experience with this bank? How's customer service at this bank?
