My friend and Iare relocating our off-grid mining operation (S23 miners, which is a very successful business, by the way) from North Dakota because of growing electricity prices. So we’re now actively looking to relocate, and for the new location we have some criteria:

Specifically, we are considering Texas or Austin.

Location that offers 1–2¢/kWh power, 3-phase 480V.

60-90 days of exclusive due diligence.

Ready to pay 10-12% of the deposit and can sign an NDA to access your data room.

Proof of MW capacity is necessary.
