Goldman Sachs bank is not refunding my $15k

In December last year, I deposited $15k into a Marcus Goldman Sachs Certificate of Deposit. After 3 months, I learned that my account had been closed, and they would not refund the interest I earned on the deposited amount during that period. Bank is ready to return my $15k in 3–4 days. But even after 2 months, the bank did not refund my money. Whenever I call the bank, they say the money will soon be refunded. Please suggest what I should do now, as I am quite irritated with them.
