Goldman Sachs bank is not refunding my $15k

In December last year, I deposited $15k into a Marcus Goldman Sachs Certificate of Deposit. After 3 months, I learned that my account had been closed, and they would not refund the interest I earned on the deposited amount during that period. Bank is ready to return my $15k in 3–4 days. But even after 2 months, the bank did not refund my money. Whenever I call the bank, they say the money will soon be refunded. Please suggest what I should do now, as I am quite irritated with them. -
To get your money back from the bank, document everything, including when you contracted with the bank, the person who spoke with you, the mobile number, and all the corresponding emails. File an online complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), explain your situation, and submit all the documents related to your bank account. CFPB gives you a timely response.
