There is a new, emerging trend in the use of AI in health insurance. However, my concern is that if AI can deny my claim in seconds, I may need another AI tool just to fight back. How am I supposed to keep up? I just want to talk to a real person when I'm worried about medical bills, not an algorithm figuring out what's fair for my family.
