Stablecoins have always been hyped as the "next trillion-dollar market," but looking at where we are in late 2025, that target still feels a long way off. Should we be getting more realistic about how quickly people will actually adopt them? I'm starting to wonder if the long-term business models and real-world use cases are truly ready for the scale we were promised.
