Chase Bank Vs Wells Fargo.

Hey!! I am looking to switch banks as I am fed with my old PNC bank. They have poor customer service and I mostly experience glitches with their mobile app. So I am planning to switch my account to another bank. I did some research and on the basis of reviews, I have selected 2 banks: Chase Bank and Wells Fargo bank. These are two options which I like the most. So if anyone is using these banks share your experience and guide which bank I should choose.
