Seven Corners or World Nomads

I travel a lot, so I need to select the travel insurance. I have 2 options: Seven Corners, which is less expensive and has flexible deductibles. World Nomads, which is a well-known company and a little expensive. Which one should I choose and give me reliable coverage over multiple years?
