IMG vs. Seven Corners: which coverage is truly reliable?

I’m trying to decide between IMG’s Global Medical plan and Seven Corners' Reside plan for a year-plus trip. I’ll be engaging in some amateur sports, including diving, biking, and even parachuting, so I need solid coverage. Has anyone actually dealt with claims for both? I’m looking for monthly payments and a deductible under $1,000, but the reviews are so mixed that I can’t tell which one is actually more reliable.
