Does health insurance works in different states?

I am 21 and still on my father’s insurance, and I live in a different state. Recently, I felt some kind of pain in my stomach. So if I go to the doctor, will my insurance cover the doctor's fees? We use a Health Saving Account. I live in Lorain, and he is in Dallas.
