Does Wells Fargo bank charge foreign fees?

Hi
Next month I am traveling to Europe and want to avoid unnecessary fees. So does Wells Fargo offer any debit cards with no foreign transaction fees? Also, are there any ATM withdrawal fees associated with using their debit card overseas?

Wells Fargo charges 3% foreign transaction fees. Moreover, $5 is charged for ATM withdrawals made outside of the US.
